All prices are net in CHF including VAT. 

Credit cards

No credit cards are accepted.

Right of return

Complaints and returns must be made within 7 days.

Risk

All shipments to the customer are insured.

The invoice

Delivery is normally made on account and is payable within 30 days. For new customers, we reserve the right to invoice in advance.

Retention of title

All delivered items remain the property of the Swiss Stamp Dealers Association until full payment has been made.

Place of performance

The place of performance and jurisdiction for both parties is Basel. Swiss law applies exclusively.
