Webshop
For the purpose of contract processing, the following data is stored: name, address. The data you provide is required to fulfill the contract or to carry out pre-contractual measures. Without this data, we cannot conclude the contract with you. Data will only be transferred to third parties where necessary: ??to the transport company/shipping company commissioned by us for the delivery of the goods and to our tax advisor for the fulfillment of our tax obligations. Data will not be transferred to other third parties.
Once you cancel the purchase process, the data stored by us will be deleted. If a contract is concluded, all data from the contractual relationship will be stored until the expiration of the tax retention period (10 years). The data such as name, address, purchased goods, and purchase date will be stored beyond this period until the expiration of the product liability period (maximum 5 years).
